Informativa Cookie
Cookie Policy
This site sets three cookies, all of them strictly necessary, and none of them tracks you. This page lists every one, and explains how consent is asked for and how to take it back.
Last updated 15 August 2026/Governed by Italian law
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so that something can be remembered between one page and the next. The same rules apply to equivalent technologies stored on your device, including local storage, which is what this site actually uses.
This notice is given under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Garante’s guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021.
2. How consent works here
On your first visit a banner appears at the bottom of the page. It is the first layer of the notice and it works as follows:
- Accept all and Reject all are equally prominent. Same size, same weight, same position, side by side, on the first layer. We do not make one bigger, brighter or easier to hit than the other.
- Scrolling is not consent. Continuing to browse, moving the mouse or reaching the bottom of a page does not count as agreement to anything.
- Closing the banner is not consent. There is no dismiss-by-X that quietly means yes.
- Nothing beyond the strictly necessary is set until you press a button. If you never press one, only the cookies in section 3 exist.
- We do not ask again for six months. Your choice is recorded with the date it was made, and after 180 days the banner returns so you can decide again. We do not re-ask every visit to wear you down.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
These do not require consent, because without them the things you asked for do not work. All three are set by this site itself, stored on your own device, and never sent to anyone else.
| Name | Purpose | Type | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| corsa.cart.v1 | Keeps what you put in your bag, so it is still there if you close the tab and come back. Holds product codes, sizes, colours and quantities. No personal data. | Local storage, first party | Until you empty the bag or clear your browser data |
| corsa.cookie-consent.v1 | Remembers which button you pressed on the banner, and when. This is the cookie that stops us asking you again. | Local storage, first party | 180 days |
| Session and security | Short-lived data used by the hosting platform to serve the page and to protect the forms from automated abuse. | Cookie, first party | Session, deleted when you close the browser |
4. Everything else
At the date at the top of this page, this site sets no analytics, advertising, profiling or social media cookies. There is no measurement pixel, no remarketing tag and no cross-site identifier.
The banner still offers a genuine choice because that position may change: if we ever add an analytics tool, it will only run for people who pressed Accept all, this table will list it before it is switched on, and everyone will be asked again.
5. Third-party cookies
Fonts are self-hosted and are not fetched from a third-party server, so no font provider sees your IP address. Images and video are served from this site’s own domain.
The payment step is provided by the payment service configured for this store and may set its own strictly necessary cookies at that point, for fraud prevention and to carry the transaction. That happens on the payment step only, never on the pages you browse beforehand, and it is governed by that provider’s own notice, which is shown to you there.
6. Changing your choice
You can withdraw or change your choice at any time, and it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give. The button below clears the record of your decision and brings the banner back on the next page you load.
This clears the stored record of your decision. Your bag is not affected.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything done before you withdrew it.
7. Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage from your browser’s own settings, usually under Privacy. Blocking the strictly necessary items above will stop your bag from being remembered between pages, but the site will otherwise work and you can still read everything on it.
8. Your rights
Where a cookie involves processing personal data, the rights described in the privacy policy apply to it. Questions and requests go to support@scmodaitalia.shop, and you may complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali at garanteprivacy.it.
