Condizioni di Vendita
Terms of Sale
These terms govern every purchase made on this site. They are written to be read, so nothing important is buried. Where the law gives you a right, we state it rather than paraphrase it away.
Last updated 15 August 2026/Governed by Italian law
1. Parties and scope
The seller is S.C. MODA ITALIA S.R.L., registered office Via XX Settembre 11/1, 80047 San Giuseppe Vesuviano (NA), Italia, P.IVA 08726801213, registered with the Camera di Commercio di Napoli, trading online as Corsa at scmodaitalia.shop. Further identification details are on the legal notice page.
The buyer is you. Where you are acting outside your trade, business, craft or profession, you are a consumer and the provisions of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, D.Lgs. 206/2005) apply to you in full. Nothing in these terms limits any right the law gives a consumer.
These terms apply to every order placed through this site. By placing an order you confirm you have read them.
2. The products
We sell casual knitted clothing for adults, made from heavyweight cotton-based sweatshirt fabric between 280 and 520 g/m². Each product page states, at minimum, the fabric weight in grams per square metre, the knit face (loopback or brushed), and the measured shrinkage in length and width after one wash cycle, with the temperature and drying method used for that measurement.
Fibre composition is given in Italian and English by weight, heaviest component first, and elastane content in rib trims is stated as a percentage. Two size charts are published for every product: measurements as delivered, and the same measurements with the shrinkage applied.
Colour on screen. Screens vary. The greys and blacks in our photography are shot under one consistent light, but we cannot guarantee that your screen renders them exactly. A colour that is not what you expected is a valid reason to withdraw under section 9.
Natural variation. Finished cloth varies slightly between production runs. Where a delivered garment differs materially from the published figures, that is a conformity defect and your rights under section 11 apply.
3. Prices, currency and tax
- All prices on this site are shown in United States dollars (USD). There is no currency switch, and no other currency is offered.
- The price of each product is shown on its page and in your bag before you are asked for any payment details.
- Shipping is quoted separately and is shown to you before the payment step. Standard shipping is free on orders over $99.
- Italian VAT (IVA) at 22% applies where it is due under Italian and European law.
- Deliveries outside the European Union. Import duty, local sales tax and customs handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These are set by that country, not by us, they are not included in the price you pay here, and they are payable by you. If you refuse a delivery because of them, the cost of the return leg may be deducted from your refund.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it.
4. Promotions and discounts
Every promotion we run is governed by the following, and by anything additional stated on the promotion itself:
- Reference prices. Where a previous price is shown struck through beside a current price, that previous price is the lowest price we applied to that product in the thirty days before the reduction, in line with Article 17-bis of the Consumer Code. If a product does not satisfy that test, no struck-through price is shown for it at all.
- Free shipping threshold. Free standard shipping applies to orders whose product subtotal, after any discount and before shipping, is over $99. If you later withdraw from part of the order and the remaining value falls below the threshold, we do not retrospectively charge you shipping.
- First-order code. Where a single-use first-order code is offered, it applies to one order per customer and per delivery address, cannot be combined with another code, applies to product prices only and not to shipping, and has no cash value.
- Sets. A set is sold at a single price that is always lower than the sum of its two garments bought separately. Both figures are printed on the product card and page. This is a permanent price, not a promotion.
- We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time. Orders already placed under it are unaffected.
There is no membership, no subscription, no paid tier, no loyalty points, no stored balance and no recurring charge anywhere on this site. Every purchase is a single, one-off payment.
5. How an order is formed
- You add products to your bag and open the checkout.
- You give the delivery details and consents the checkout asks for. The payment step does not open until every required field is complete.
- You review the products, quantities, sizes, colours and the total before confirming. Up to this point you can correct any input error by going back and editing it.
- You complete the payment step. This is your offer to buy.
- We send an order acknowledgement to the email address you gave. This confirms we received the order; it is not yet acceptance.
- The contract is concluded when we send you a dispatch confirmation, and it covers only the products named in it.
We may decline an order, refunding you in full, where the product is not available, where a price or description was obviously wrong, where we cannot ship to your address lawfully, or where we reasonably suspect the order is fraudulent.
The contract language is English. We store the details of your order and will send you a copy on request to support@scmodaitalia.shop.
6. Payment
The accepted payment methods are shown at the payment step, before you confirm anything. The amount shown there, including shipping and any tax we are required to collect, is the full amount you will be charged by us. We take no payment until you complete that step.
We do not store your full payment card details on this site. Where a payment is declined, or is reversed after dispatch, we may suspend the order and contact you.
Where a refund is due, it is made using the same means of payment you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. A refund never carries a fee from us.
7. Delivery
We ship worldwide from within the European Union, subject to section 8. Handling, transit times and shipping costs are set out on the shipping and returns page and are shown to you before payment.
Statutory limit. Unless we have agreed a different date with you, we will deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the day the contract is concluded. If we miss that, you may ask us to deliver within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances; if we miss that too, you may terminate the contract and we will refund everything you paid without delay.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you have named other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the carrier where you can, and tell us within a reasonable time. Doing so helps, but it does not limit your rights under section 11.
8. Where we cannot ship
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. We cannot ship to any destination where doing so would breach European Union or Italian export controls or sanctions, or the import rules of the destination country. If an order is placed for such a destination we will cancel it and refund you in full.
You are responsible for confirming that the goods may lawfully be imported into your country, and for any licence or permit your country requires.
9. Cancellation and withdrawal
As a consumer you have fourteen days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, counted from the day you or someone you named takes physical possession of the goods. The full procedure, the statutory model form and the consequences are on the right of withdrawal page.
Before dispatch you may also simply cancel: email us and, if the parcel has not left, we will cancel and refund in full.
None of the exceptions to the right of withdrawal in Article 59 of the Consumer Code applies to our products. They are not made to your specification, not personalised, not perishable and not sealed for health reasons.
10. Returning part of a set
You may return one half of a set and keep the other. Because a set is sold at a lower price than its two garments would cost separately, the refund is calculated so that you keep the correct price for what you have kept.
We refund the set price, less the individual list price of the garment you have kept, plus a proportionate share of the set discount attributable to the garment you kept. In practice this means: you are refunded the share of what you paid that corresponds to the returned garment.
Worked example. Set 340 Loopback costs $138. Bought separately its two garments are Crew 340 Loopback at $72 and Pant 340 Tapered at $78, $150 together, so the set carries a $12 discount. If you return the pant and keep the crew, the pant represents 78 ÷ 150 = 52% of the separate value, so you are refunded 52% of the $138 you paid, which is $71.76, and you have effectively paid $66.24 for the crew you kept. The arithmetic is shown to you in writing before the refund is issued.
Both halves of a set are matched on weight, knit face, colour and dye lot. If you return one half and later want to replace it, we cannot guarantee the replacement will come from the same dye lot.
11. Legal guarantee
Every product carries the statutory guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery under Articles 128 to 135-septies of the Consumer Code. For the first year, a defect that appears is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we prove otherwise. The remedies available to you, and how to claim, are on the legal guarantee page.
This guarantee is given by law and is free of charge. It sits alongside your right of withdrawal, and neither one replaces the other.
12. Age
This site is not intended for children. If you are under 13 you may not use it or place an order. If you are between 13 and 17 you may only place an order with the consent of a parent or guardian, and the checkout will ask for a parent or guardian email address so that we can confirm before preparing the order.
Separately, we do not cut garment sizes for children under 14 years of age. Nothing in this catalogue is designed, sized or tested as children's clothing, and cords on our adult garments are built to the adult standard.
13. What this business is
Corsa is a retailer of casual knitted clothing. We take payment only for goods we sell and dispatch ourselves. We do not collect funds on behalf of anyone else, we do not operate a marketplace, and we do not sell digital goods, services or subscriptions.
We do not sell and will not sell through this site: gambling or betting of any kind; adult content; lending, credit or debt collection; money transmission, remittance or payment facilitation; crypto-assets; firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks or weapons; tobacco, nicotine or alcohol; pharmaceuticals, controlled substances or supplements; financial or investment products; regulated medical, diagnostic or therapeutic services; counterfeit, replica or trade-mark-infringing goods; or any item whose sale is restricted by law without the licence to sell it.
We make no health, medical, therapeutic, slimming, posture, antibacterial or odour-control claim about any product, and no claim about athletic performance, endurance, recovery, moisture management or temperature regulation. Where we state a number, it is a measurement, and the method used to take it is published on the fabric and weight page.
14. Liability
We are liable to you for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to perform this contract with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for loss arising from your use of a garment for a purpose it was plainly not made for.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under the product liability rules, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
15. Complaints and disputes
Tell us first. Write to support@scmodaitalia.shop or call +39 335 847 1906. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within two working days and to resolve it within fourteen.
If that does not settle it, you may use any of the following:
- European ODR platform. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can use it to submit a dispute to an approved out-of-court body. Our email address for this purpose is support@scmodaitalia.shop.
- Chamber of commerce mediation. You may bring a mediation before the conciliation service of the Camera di Commercio di Napoli, or of the chamber of commerce for your own place of residence.
- Consumer authority. You may report a trader to the Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (AGCM) for unfair commercial practices, at agcm.it.
- Courts. You may always go to court instead. Nothing above requires you to attempt an out-of-court route first.
16. Governing law and changes
These terms and any contract made under them are governed by Italian law. Where you buy as a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provision of the law of your country of habitual residence, and the court of your place of residence or domicile has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the contract.
We may change these terms. The version that governs your purchase is the one published on this page when you placed the order, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it was last changed.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
